Here's how the Live Well in Grosse Pointe program works:
1. Register here with name and e-mail
Next, follow the link to the Michigan Steps up website and while completing your registration be sure to enter our community group code: B223 where indicated. Grosse Pointe is the first community to partner with Michigan Steps Up, a tremendous state sponsored website that will provide helpful information on health and wellness and also allow us to track our progress as individuals as well as a community.
Most importantly we need to link to the Michigan Steps Up website.

2. Check the calendar of events for healthy programs, classes, and other activities, that are right here in our own neighborhood.

Take the dependence quiz, learn about sources to help you quit, and great ways for parents to talk to their kids about not using tobacco.
Watch Weight
Learn if you're truly "overweight", about safe weight loss tips and tools, why fad diets and gimmicks just don't work and a special section for weight problems in kids.
Stay Motivated
Read about tools to help you remain motivated and equipped with information, FREE e-Newsletter, weekly journal and tip of the day.
